This card with its typewriters (on the front) are reminders of all the paperwork and mailings and Quicken updates you oversaw to keep us informed and up to date. What you have inside you is what matters…the heart and wisdom to help “kids” help their parents grow with comfort. I still remember your first long email about what to expect during the process of helping Mom and Dad. Then, that phone call when Mom and Dad were both in the hospital out of state when you said, “Seize the Day.” You told me this was the moment to get Mon and Dad to move into Sunrise. If not for you, I would have had the worry without the guidance. Having you made all the difference. I am not sure my brothers will ever know how much you helped us all…had it not been for Liz, we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to feel so at peace about how we took care of Mom and Dad when they died.
